Job Description Overview: Liv Endodontics is seeking an experienced Dental Front Desk / Insurance & Financial Coordinator for our specialty practice in Livingston, NJ.
Front Desk Duties: Greet patients, answer multi-line phones, schedule appointments, handle check-in/out, manage records, process referrals, and maintain office workflow.
Financial Duties: Verify insurance benefits, explain coverage and treatment plans, collect co-pays/payments, submit claims, handle appeals, and manage payment posting.
