We operate from a purpose-built broadcast facility on Florida's Treasure Coast, where a deliberately lean team delivers live daily programming to a national audience. There is no soft launch here. Every show is live, every day. The Position SilverLoch Media seeks an Executive Producer to assume complete ownership of production, from concept through delivery. The Executive Producer ensures that every program airs on time and to standard, and builds the operational systems that make that outcome dependable. The role carries authority over the production team, the schedule, the technical environment, and the editorial bar. The Executive Producer works directly with on-air talent, syndication partners, and the digital team. Core Responsibilities Daily Delivery. Ensure every live episode is produced as the best possible product and airs on time. Editorial Oversight. Approve scripts, rundowns, and program concepts. Direct episode planning and story development in alignment with the company's editorial standards and audience. Team Leadership. Manage and mentor production staff. Own assignments, workflow, performance management, and professional development. Program Construction. Direct run of show, segment planning, timing, guest coordination, and preparation materials for talent. Studio and Control Room Operations. Oversee the live switching environment, equipment readiness, sponsor relationships, and a maintenance schedule that prevents a failed component from becoming a dark show. Post-Production and Distribution. Supervise episode edits, clip production, and podcast versions, delivered on schedule to every platform on which we publish. Publishing Standards. Verify titles, descriptions, air times, and links prior to release. Accuracy in publication carries the same weight as accuracy on air. Performance and Growth. Review audience metrics and feedback, and apply them to sharpen content strategy and support audience growth. Multi-Program Coordination. Allocate studio time, crew, and equipment across a concurrent slate without conflict. Required Qualifications Five or more years producing live or daily programming in broadcast, radio, podcast, or digital media. Daily cadence is essential. Demonstrated experience leading a production team, rather than producing individual segments alone. Command of a live control room environment. TriCaster and Wirecast experience strongly preferred. Working fluency in post-production workflows — Adobe Premiere or equivalent. Practical understanding of podcast and radio distribution: feed management, syndication requirements, platform specifications, and analytics. Sound editorial judgment, including script and rundown review, story development, and the capacity to decide quickly under pressure. Composure under live conditions and a solutions-oriented approach to failure. Exacting attention to detail. The successful candidate verifies the link, re-reads the description, and catches the incorrect time zone before the audience does. Working knowledge of current events, politics, and the conservative media audience. Availability for the full SilverLoch Media lineup, including early mornings and any afternoon pre-recording requirements. Bachelor's degree in media, communications, journalism, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Preferred Qualifications Background in news or political programming. Familiarity with Rumble, YouTube, Spotify, and the major podcast platforms. Experience working alongside national radio syndication partners. Experience with major social media platforms. Compensation and Benefits $95,000 – $130,000 , commensurate with experience Competitive paid time off, paid holidays, and 401(k) Florida levies no state income tax, and cost of living on the Treasure Coast sits well below that of every major media market. Compensation here carries considerably further than an equivalent figure in New York, Washington, or Los Angeles.
