Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, bilingual Marketing Specialist for a long-term contract opportunity. This position will support day-to-day marketing activities, digital campaigns, website content, CRM management, webinars, email communications, reporting, and SEO initiatives.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working across multiple marketing and technology platforms, and able to analyze campaign results and recommend opportunities to improve performance. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update marketing activities within HubSpot.
• Perform website content updates and data entry; no coding is required.
• Maintain and update customer and marketing information within CRM platforms, preferably Microsoft CRM.
• Coordinate and support webinars and virtual events using Microsoft Teams, including event setup and administration.
• Create, coordinate, and manage marketing email communications using Microsoft Outlook and other applicable platforms.
• Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
• Analyze campaign results and make recommendations to optimize engagement and overall performance.
• Support SEO strategy and execution to improve website visibility and organic search performance.
• Maintain accurate marketing data, content, campaign information, and related documentation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing initiatives are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Support English- and Spanish-language marketing communications as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Professional experience with HubSpot.
• Experience updating website content and managing website data.
• Previous CRM experience, preferably within a Microsoft platform.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, including setting up webinars and virtual events.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, particularly for managing marketing email communications.
• Experience with marketing campaign reporting and performance analysis.
• Ability to review campaign results and make data-driven optimization recommendations.
• Experience with SEO strategy and execution.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
