Job Summary:

As a Service Plumber, you will diagnose, repair, and install residential and/or light commercial plumbing systems. This is a customer-facing role that requires excellent communication skills and a strong technical background.

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and repair residential and commercial plumbing issues
Install and service water heaters, toilets, faucets, garbage disposals, and more
Perform drain cleaning, leak detection, pipe repairs, and repiping as needed
Provide customers with clear explanations of issues and solutions
Complete job reports and documentation accurately
Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized company vehicle
Ensure all work complies with current plumbing codes and safety regulations
Be available for rotating on-call shifts (evenings/weekends)

Qualifications:

3 years of plumbing experience
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
