Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Residential Plumbing Helper to join our team. This role supports licensed plumbers in the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in residential settings. The ideal candidate demonstrates a willingness to learn, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety and quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist plumbers with installation, maintenance, and repair of pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing equipment.
• Carry materials, tools, and equipment to and from work locations and vehicles.
• Help prepare and clean up job sites before and after work is completed.
• Perform basic measurements, cutting, and assembly of plumbing materials under supervision.
• Hand tools and supplies to plumbers as required for the job.
• Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in clean and good working condition.
• Assist in the diagnosis of plumbing problems as instructed.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the jurisdiction.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in plumbing, construction, or a related field.
• Familiarity with basic hand and power tools.
• OSHA 10-hour safety certification or equivalent.
• Desire to pursue a career in the plumbing trade.

Salary
