Fortis Healthcare Solutions is a growing healthcare and workforce solutions organization supporting multiple nationally recognized brands across healthcare staffing and workforce services.

AB Staffing Solutions is part of the Fortis Healthcare Solutions umbrella , along with additional healthcare and workforce solution brands. This Director of Marketing will be based out of the AB Staffing Solutions office in the Phoenix area while overseeing marketing strategy and execution across the entire Fortis Healthcare Solutions portfolio of brands .

We are seeking an experienced Director of Marketing to lead the marketing function across Fortis. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen our brands, generate measurable business opportunities, support talent acquisition and position the organization for continued growth.

This is a highly visible leadership role that requires someone who can think strategically while remaining close to execution. The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketing leader who understands how to connect marketing activity to leads, revenue and business outcomes while building a high-performing team and partnering closely with executive leadership.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for Fortis Healthcare Solutions and its portfolio of brands , including AB Staffing Solutions.
• Oversee marketing strategy and execution across multiple healthcare and workforce solution brands while maintaining the unique positioning of each organization.
• Partner directly with Fortis executive leadership and individual business leaders to align marketing initiatives with growth, revenue, recruiting and operational objectives.
• Lead brand strategy, positioning and messaging across the Fortis organization while ensuring consistency and appropriate differentiation between brands.
• Manage, mentor and develop the internal marketing team across digital marketing, creative, content, communications and related functions.
• Build marketing strategies focused on generating measurable leads and supporting both business development and candidate acquisition.
• Oversee digital marketing efforts including paid advertising, SEO, website strategy, social media, email marketing, marketing automation and analytics.
• Develop and optimize the marketing funnel, including tracking lead sources, conversion rates, campaign performance and return on marketing investment.
• Partner closely with sales and recruiting leadership across Fortis brands to understand business needs, target audiences and opportunities to increase engagement and conversion.
• Lead content strategy and storytelling efforts across multiple brands and audiences.
• Oversee corporate communications, public relations, employer branding and external messaging.
• Manage the development of marketing collateral, sales materials, recruiting campaigns, presentations, websites and promotional initiatives.
• Establish meaningful marketing KPIs and reporting that clearly demonstrate performance, opportunities and ROI to Fortis executive leadership.
• Manage marketing budgets and make data-driven decisions regarding where resources and marketing spend should be allocated across the organization.
• Identify opportunities to modernize the Fortis marketing function through technology, automation, AI and improved processes.
• Evaluate market trends, competitor activity and customer behavior to identify new growth opportunities.
• Create scalable marketing processes and strategies that can support continued organizational growth, additional brands and future expansion.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive marketing experience with demonstrated leadership responsibility.
• Experience leading and developing marketing teams.
• Proven experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies.
• Experience supporting multiple brands, business units or audiences is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, paid media, SEO, content strategy, branding, lead generation, analytics and campaign optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to connect marketing activity to measurable business outcomes including leads, conversions and revenue.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and evaluating return on investment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate marketing data into clear recommendations for executive leadership.
• Experience partnering directly with senior executives, sales leaders and operational teams.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable operating as both a strategic leader and hands-on contributor when needed.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with multiple brands, stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Experience within healthcare, staffing, workforce solutions, professional services or another multi-brand organization is strongly preferred.

We are looking for more than someone who can manage marketing activity. The right leader will understand why customers and candidates engage, how marketing influences revenue and where marketing resources should be invested to generate the greatest return.

This person will have the opportunity to influence marketing across the entire Fortis Healthcare Solutions organization , rather than supporting a single brand. While physically based within the AB Staffing Solutions office, the Director of Marketing will serve as the marketing leader for Fortis and work across its portfolio of healthcare and workforce solution companies.

The right candidate will be comfortable challenging existing approaches, bringing new ideas to the organization and building a modern marketing function centered around data, growth and measurable results.

Fortis Healthcare Solutions is looking for a leader who can set the strategy, develop the team and still roll up their sleeves when execution requires it.
